    In cases where personal information is acquired for purposes not specified here, the purpose of use will be clearly stated in advance at the time the information is acquired.
    • To provide international air freight forwarding, cargo tracking, customs clearance, account management and billing, information management and technical assistance, e-commerce and other services promptly, reliably and smoothly
    • To develop, operate, introduce, and manage services (including sending direct mail through various media such as telephone, facsimile, e-mail, and postal mail, and conducting surveys to improve services)
    • To compile and analyze personal information statistically and create statistical data processed in a form that does not identify or specify individuals
    • To respond to customer inquiries and consultations
  3. 3. Non-disclosure of personal information
    We do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties (excluding subcontractors and group affiliates) without the consent of the customer. However, this does not apply in any of the following cases
    • When the customer has given consent
    • When disclosure of personal information is required by law.
    • When disclosure is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.
    • When disclosure is especially necessary to improve public health or to promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer
    • Cases in which the handling of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and in which obtaining the consent of the customer is likely to impede the execution of the relevant affairs.
  4. 4. Appropriate Management
    In order to handle personal information properly, we thoroughly educate our employees, assign a person in charge of management to each department that handles customers' personal information, and take the utmost precautions to prevent personal information from leaking outside the company. We also strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
  5. 5. management of contractors
    In order to provide better service, we may entrust the handling of personal information to subcontractors or business partners. We will select subcontractors that are deemed to handle personal information appropriately, and we will make every effort to ensure that the subcontractors manage personal information appropriately, maintain confidentiality, and prevent leaks, etc. of customers' personal information.
  6. 6. Disclosure of Information to Customers
    If we are requested by a customer to disclose his/her personal information, we will disclose such personal information to the customer himself/herself. However, this is not limited to the following cases
    • If there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the customer or a third party
    • If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of business operator handling personal information
    • If the handling of personal information is in violation of other laws or regulations
  7. 7. Correction and suspension of use of personal information
    If we receive a request from a customer to correct or delete his/her personal information, we will promptly correct or suspend the use of such information. However, suspension of use, etc., is not limited to cases where it is difficult to suspend use, etc., such as when large costs are required, and when alternative measures are taken as necessary to protect the rights and interests of the person concerned.
